Pregnenolone

Pregnenolone is a hormone that most of us have probably not heard of. Pregnenolone is the precursor to all the hormones we produce. Pregnenolone acts as a memory enhancer and it is also responsible for cellular repair, especially in our brain and our nerve tissue. It is known as a myelinator. Pregnenolone guards our cerebral function and pregnenolone also guards against injury to our neurons. Research has shown it can help improve Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, and recovery after spinal cord injuries. Pregnenolone is then also responsible for making every other hormone in our body. Pregnenolone converts to hormones such as DHEA, testosterone, estrogen, and etc. As you can see it is a very important hormone in our body.
